During January 11th to 13th, 2014, Angy’s engineers from around China gathered in Shanghai Service Center to participate in 2013-2014 Angy’s Annual Meeting of Engineers. Managers in charge of each product line and other engineers had a deep discussion and made conclusions on the problems encountered in 2013 in terms of service and product and put forward the working and development plan for 2014. Angy’s Chairman delivered a passionate New Year’s address at the opening ceremony of the meeting, affirming the achievement made by ANGY SERVICE in 2013 and pointing out the challenges coming in 2014.
At the meeting, product technology training of each product line and service communication skill training were provided to further improve after-sales service level of the engineers.
