On July 12th, the senior leaders& managers convened together at Chengdu Office to have a meeting, where the issues of how to meet the talent demand in the rapid developing stage, how Angy adjust its plan on the basis of its actual situation to draw up the development strategies, the new staff’s cultivation standard and the personnel management system were focused and deeply discussed
On the meeting, all the senior managers, detailedly reporting their current working status and pointing out the existing problems, put forward some constructive views and suggestions on the improvement of the sales situation of each region and the working capacity of staff.
The GM and HR Manager, putting the heads together to have a serious regard on those suggestions, finally formulated a cultivation program and assessment criteria for new staffs in different phases and protocolled a scientific management system for talent reservation in order to meet the demand of Angy’s fast on-going development.
