In the middle of July, 2012, the Commercial Officer and Commercial Specialist of American Consulate General Guangzhou visited Angy’s headquarter in Guangzhou as scheduled. Our product developing director, who played a key role in this meeting, warmly received these two distinguished guests and extended our warm welcome to them.

This was a second meeting between the leaders of two parties since they first met at Angy’s Dinner Party on April 18^th, 2012. With the hope for cooperation in the future, both parties conducted a comprehensive discussion on Angy’s current development status and American Consulate’s services. At the beginning of this meeting, Angy’s product developing director gave a presentation on Angy’s  history of development. During the presentation, the Commercial Officer of American Consulate showed his great interest in how Angy brought in foreign products, asking  more detail information concerning the bring-in process. Our product developing director systematically introduced a series of commercial activities we provided to those foreign manufacturers who want to develop China market, such as market research, clinical trial, product registration, product promotion & advertisement  etc. She also emphasized that Angy would spare no efforts to promote the products throughout  China as well as to protect the manufacturers’ reputation in China with the ultimate aim to achieve win-win situation and boost mutual development. The commercial officer of American Consulate was very satisfied with this explanation and he appreciated Angy’s sincerity and integrity to the partners. He also expressed that he would give full support to Angy by listing Angy as one of the main candidates for those U.S. manufacturers, who want to enter China market. In addition, both parties also held a deep discussion on the exiting problems and finally reached a consensus on future cooperation.

This meeting served as a bridge for both parties to enhance mutual understanding. Both parties expressed their best wishes that both parties could help each other and cooperate in various forms in the future to promote the development of Sino-American trade.
