To commemorate the Belgian King’s Day on November 15^th, the Consulate General of the Kingdom of Belgium in Guangzhou held a celebration reception in Shangri-La Hotel on November 14^th, 2012. As a long-term and friendly partner of Consulate General of the Kingdom of Belgium, Angy was invited to this reception to celebrate the King’s Day.

Belgian governors and citizens residing in Guangzhou, Chinese governors and all circles personages were invited to this reception to enjoy the rich traditional culture of this Diamond City and Chocolate Kingdom.The Governor of the Province of Brabant Wallon, and the Vice Governor of Guangdong Province respectively delivered a welcoming speech at the Reception. They looked back over the sustained and stable development of Sino-Belgian relationship since the establishment of diplomatic relationship in 1971, and expressed their sincere hope that both sides continue to push the communication and cooperation to wider fields and higher level, joining hands to create a better future.

The successful convening of King’s Day Reception promoted the friendly communication and cooperation between China and Belgium and provided a good platform for both countries’ enterprises.
