In December, 2012, Angy(China)Medical Limited and SONY Medical has concluded the contract for authorizing Angy as Sony's authorized service center. The related NEWSIS (Net-enabled Workshop Service Integration System) training meeting was successfully held in Chongqing from December 12th to 15th, 2012.
ANGY’s technical service staff, the minister from the engineering department of SONY Professional Solutions China and the manager from the medical department of SONY Professional Solutions China attended this meeting. The training began with the minister’s welcoming speech. Then the supervisor and teacher from the e-service division of SONY’s customer communication and service department introduced the operation, management procedure and precautions of SONY’s NEWSIS software in every detail, which qualified ANGY’s engineers to proficiently use Newsis software and provide better technical support for in-time, high-quality and standardized after-sales service.
The other agenda of this meeting was the discussion section. Angy’s technical service department and SONY Medical’s engineering department discussed and exchanged their ideas on the existing problems and deficiencies of SONY FILMSTATION and put forward solutions for improvement, with the aim that SONY FILMSTATION could better adapt to China market and become a better solution for medical imaging department, contributing to the development of medical imaging industry. During the meeting, Angy’s new engineers were also given a special technical training.
At the moment that Angy’s technical service department became SONY’s authorized service center, SONY set higher requirements for Angy’s service quality and level. However, we believe that under the lead of Angy’s management team, we will become SONY’s most professional service center and provide high-quality and efficient service to more customers.
