From November 5^th to November 26^th, 2012, to increase staff’s sense of collective honor and happiness as well as to reflect and enrich corporate culture, Angy held a special event -Mutual Respect and Love, No Complaint. Angy’s General Manager  personally presented an inspirational book named Complaint Free World with his signature to each of the Angy’s staff. Furthermore, Angy organized all the staff to watch a related movie and read the book Complaint Free World. Then, all the departments dispatched one representative to deliver a 10-minute speech. Finally, all the staff voted for the Most Impressive Speaker and the Most Active Speaker. The systematic arrangement and the converging of different brilliant ideas interiorized all staff’s idea of Mutual Respect and Love, No Complaint, enriching harmonious corporate culture and strengthening the cohesion and centripetal force of Angy’s staff.

On November 26^th, the speech competition Mutual Respect and Love, No Complaint began. The first speaker was the representative from Radiology Department, whose topic was Change and slogan was Self-examination, Self-discipline, and Self-improvement. The second speaker was from Marketing Department, whose topic was Thought Determines Success or Failure and slogan was Positively Solve Problem, Never Complain! GO, GO, GO. The third speaker was from Commercial Department, whose topic was Methods Are Always More Than Problems and slogan was No Excuse, To Find Out Methods and To Build an Excellent Team. The forth speaker was from Product Developing Department, whose topic was No Complaint, More Happiness and slogan was No Complaint on Work, Everything Goes Well. The fifth speaker was from HR&Administration Department, whose topic was Excellent People Never Complain and slogan was Be Happy and Never Complain to Create Harmonious Environment. The last speaker was from Financial Department, whose topic was To Change Rather Than To Complain and the slogan was Never Be A Complaining Woman, To Be A Happy and Excellent Person. All the speakers closely linked their speeches to the daily life and their true feelings deeply touched the audience, earning audience’s prolonged applause. At last, the representatives from radiology department and financial department were selected as the Most Impressive Speaker and the Most Active Speaker, whose teams were respectively awarded 500 RMB.

“Angy advocates mutual respect, mutual love and mutual help to achieve more efficient cooperation. The success of this activity gave us more positive energy for our team work in the future.” the director of HR&Administration department concluded. These words deeply impressed all Angy’s staff.
